This documentary in Tamil was produced by DD Pothigai TV for the occasion of Swami Vivekananda’s 150th Birth Anniversary. This documentary provides a historical perspective on the development of the famous Ice House where Swami Vivekananda stayed for 9 days after his return from the west. From the time of the building inception by The Boston Ice King, Frederic Tudor, to the time it was revamped by Biligiri Iyengar and finally to the time it was sanctified by Swami Vivekananda during his stay in the then Castle Kernen. Swami Vivekananda spoke on many topics during his 9 days stay, and this documentary briefly covers his speeches during his stay in Castle Kernen. This documentary was telecasted by DD Pothigai TV on 04.07.13 at 7.05pm
